Help with Smart Slider 3 Plugin

    Hello,

    I am using WordPress 4.9.1 with the Tesseract theme. I installed the Smart Slider 3 plugin (v 3.2.12) and the slider works fine except for the fact that I have a blank section between the bottom of each slider picture and the footer. There is also a small blank section to the right of each slider picture. I have tried everything that I know to remove these blank areas but have not been able to do so. My website is hosted by Siteground and can be found at http://www.retirementescapades.com. I would be grateful for any help in removing these blank areas.
