Help with spam referrers?

  Over the past several days I’ve been getting several hits from spam referrers like [spam referrer links removed by staff]. Is there any way to block this?

  Thanks for reporting these. We get a lot of reports about spam referrers and we go through the list every few days and check them all out. If you see any in the future, could you please report them at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ using the private support request option?
