Help with starting over my site

I’d like to keep my URL, but want everything be gone. I have read the help but can’t figure out. I’m super beginner. Please help! Thank you!!! – Yuko

If you want a fresh start on your WordPress.com site, you can delete all of your content and keep your current WordPress.com URL.
If you are sure you want to empty your site, here are instructions for doing so:
You can also request staff’s help if you have a lot of content. Simply tag this thread with modlook.

To start over, you must delete your pages, posts, categories, tags, and media.
To delete your posts and pages, click on My Site and then Blog Posts. From there, you’ll see all of your pages and you’ll click on trash. They can be restored within 30 days if you change your mind.
To remove tags, you’ll click on Posts, then Tags. From there, you cal choose the option to delete your tags.
Deleting your media can be done through the Media Library. Select the image and click delete.
Categories can be found within Posts and can be deleted from there.

Thank you for the super quick response. I decided to create a new one. I’ll keep the messed up one for practice. I’ll figure it out one day. I wanted to start it over because home and blog pages are somehow mashed up. Thanks again!
