Help with Strange Note from WordPress

  I don’t understand why I got this message in my Block Editor. I don’t know what requests I have made. Never made a request to my knowledge. And do not need to update. I sent a HELP notice about this earlier but got no response. Please explain what ‘requests’ I have made in the past as I know of none that were made on purpose. THanks for you earliest reply.

  Ok, I think I understand it has something to do with Al. I remember recently clicking on Al just to see what it was about. I still have no idea what Al is or does. But never clicking on it again. Thanks!
