HELP WITH SUSPENDED WORDPRESS.COM SITE

  Hello my wordpress.com site recently got suspended, I didn’t even realize I couldn’t add html tags for affiliate marketing. Now I need to know how to get it un suspended and no one will even answer me back or let me know anything. Do I have to upgrade now to get it back, I mean to wordpress.org?? Any help would be nice, I guess I will go to a community or their twitter to see if I can get some help……thanks Sherry

  This blog has been archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
  For more information and to contact us please read this support document.

  You need to click on the link to the support doc in that suspension notice and contact the Terms of Service staff and then wait patiently for them to reply to you.

  I did that. If I upgrade while its suspended to wordpress.org. Will I get it back online?? Will I have lost everything?? Thats what I need to know?? Thanks Sherry
