Help with tab title and site icon

    Hello.

    Although I changed the title of my bio .pdf and now it appears normally in the url, the title renames the old one in the tab on chrome and mozilla. On safari it is ok. How can I fix this?

    Also, i am trying to upload a site icon to be visible with my website on browsers and bookmarks but when I upload the image I see this message:

    ”Unable to create directory uploads/2021/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    Please, let me know how I can fix this.
