Help with Tenku Theme not Showing Old Posts
-
I really need help with my site, I don’t know if the functionality isn’t there with the Tenku template or I’m simply not using the right terminology to figure it out.
My site https://craftfairinsider.com/ I currently have 6 Posts, BUT it’s only displaying the last 5 and I don’t see any way where visitors can browse past articles. I would ideally love to have pagination at the bottom or even under the big latest post. I’m just stuck! What are my options for having visitors be able to scroll through all my articles regardless of category. I see an Archive page and that appears to be what I need but having trouble connecting my main page to that Archive page (I kinda am not a fan of the word “archive” so if I can call it “Previous Posts” that would make me happy but if I must use archive that’s fine.
Thanks!!!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
It’s completely understandable to feel stuck with this. From what you’re describing, it sounds like you’re using the Query Loop block (which lets you control how many posts are shown and add pagination to browse through older posts). Showing only 5 posts does seem a little unusual, so it sounds like it might be a setting that needs adjusting. I did a quick test on my own site and was able to change the number of posts displayed.
Here are some guides that walk you through it:
If you prefer to create a separate page where visitors can browse all posts, you can absolutely do that too. You could create a new page, add a Query Loop block, and call it something like “Previous Posts” instead of “Archive.”
I hope this points you in the right direction! Feel free to update the thread if you have any more questions — happy to help!

After a little more digging what I really want to do is publish the “All Archives” template because that page is exactly what I want BUT I can’t seem to find a way to make it visible to visitors. If I try to add a new page I only get the new page template and there’s no option to change templates. If I am looking at the “All Archives” template there is no way to publish it. I feel like this is such a basic functionality not sure why I cant get it to do what I want.

It’s great that you found the All Archives template, you’re definitely on the right track!
In Full Site Editing themes like Tenku, that template is part of the site structure and isn’t meant to be published as a standalone page, which is why there’s no “Publish” option.
If you want a page that displays all your blog posts, here are two options you can use right away:
Option 1 – Use the Latest Posts block:
- Create a new page (e.g. Blog or Previous Posts).
- Add the Latest Posts block — it will automatically list your most recent posts.
- You can customize the layout, post count, and more.
Option 2 – Use the Query Loop block: For more flexibility (like filtering by category or adding pagination), you can add a Query Loop block instead. That’s the block the All Archives template uses under the hood.
Either option will give you a functional blog-style page you can link to in your menu or anywhere else on your site.

Hope this helps you get things set up just how you want!
