Hi there,
Please make sure that you are logged in on the same WordPress.com account on both your phone and your laptop. If you are then your own visits won’t be counted.

I am logged into the same account on both my laptop and phone, but the problem persists.

I understand that this happens only when you visit your site on your mobile device, is that right? Are you accessing it via browser or from WordPress.com mobile app? Could you walk me through a typical situation when you check your site from your mobile?
Also, remember that with your plan, you can reach out to support directly via https://wordpress.com/help/contact. That way, you can get help faster.

I search in the URL in my browser on the phone using the same account as my laptop and as soon as I visit the homepage a view goes up. in 2022 I have had 170 views of which 167 are of my own.
whereas in 2021 that wasn’t the case author’s view was 159 whereas the country I belong to had 20 lesser views than that so I considered that it didn’t take my views into account. -
Thanks for the additional information.
It also looks like WordPress.com support is helping you with this via live chat and it appears they were able to resolve your issue a couple of hours ago.
Since we’re the same support staff, we’ll defer you to continue getting help with this via live chat if you have trouble in the future as you’ll get help more quickly there than you will via the free support forums. :)
