Help with the Permanent Header

Hi there,
I’m new to my organization (bladder cancer advocacy network) and I have experience with wordpress editing and writing, but I’m struggling with a reasonably simple task. I can’t find the area on the editing end for editing the permanent header. I just need to change a phrase from ‘support hotline’ to ‘contact us’ and I found where to change the phone number, just not the phrasing. Can you direct me to where I could find that?

Yes absolutely. The URL is http://www.bcan.org . It’s the header above the menu that I need help with.

It looks like your website is hosted with DreamHost. We can only assist with WordPress.com hosted sites on this forum.
It looks like you’re using the Helping Hands theme. I’m not too familiar with this theme. The area for editing the information you want should be in the Customizer. However, if you’re still having trouble you can find support where you purchased the theme, for example: https://themeforest.net/item/helpinghands-charityfundraising-wordpress-theme/12832860/support
