Help with theme

  Hello people,

  Well my site is http://modernwarfare2cod.com/ , Im using the inove theme as you can see. Well i have paid for editing CSS a month ago. I want to change the picture on the top of my site, but i dont want to make other changes, only that. When i make this change all the other things of the theme change! I want to change the top of my theme ONLY, no other changes!
  Can somenone help? Please, please… :(
