help with theme please

    Hi

    I have a travel blog, but it is very slow to load on others computers given the size of some of my images, so I want to get a theme that keeps my blogs and photos, but i want a homepage with little circles that allows someone to choose what country they want to see blogs from, a little more organised, is this possible/what theme should i use?

    Yes, your site takes an extremely long time to load, and I think that’s mainly due to all the Gallery widgets you have in the sidebar. If you try deactivating them by dragging them to the Inactive Widgets area under Appearance > Widgets, you’ll see what kind of difference that makes in the loading time. (They’ll still be there in that inactive section if you ever want to move them back.)

    I can’t think of a theme that displays circles that can be linked to blog post categories. Spun has circles on the homepage, but they link to individual posts:

    If you really like the idea of circles, you might still want to check it out. You could always create a custom menu with links to each of your blog categories, so that clicking each one would lead visitors to a page full of posts about that location.
