help with theme settings, tag appearance & page title

Hi! I am new to customizing wordpress site. And i have 3 issues with the site that the i have put up – http://my-2wocents.com
1. ] BLOG page – i dont want the the page title to appear. i have downloaded plug ins to have it disabled. any ideas how to delete it?
2. ] TAGS – at the bottom of my posts – they were messed up. They are supposed to be in one row and not in one column. I might have deleted some important css CODE when i was trying to remove the page title and now lost on how to get them back
3. ] COMMENT/REPLY at the bottom of my posts – i would like to remove the website URL field. Any ideas here too?THANK YOU SO MUCH!

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Hello timethief – thanks a lot for taking the time to respond and letting me know about this :) i was also able to fix some the problems thru plugins and navigations. will check on the sites you have provided. i am tagging this now as ‘not as support question’ thanks have a nice day!
