Help With Themes?
-
I want my blogs to look like they are on a journal page, but I don’t know how to do that. If someone could explain it step by step or send me a link that would be great.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Here is the page with the Themes Showcase:
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/You can filter your search by what features you want and use the “preview” function to see how your own blog will look on a particular theme. Many people set up a second free blog to “play with” and test out different functions. I have one that I imported my blog to and that I keep marked “private” — I can play with background colors, widget positions, different themes, and so on, without making any changes to my primary blog. I use “fake” placeholder (text) widgets and some of the other available widgets in order to see how widgets look in various spots.
I’m not sure what you mean precisely by a “journal page,” since you might have a different image of that than I do, but Notesil, Mystique, and Albeo might be possibilities for you.

Quentin is also a nice theme — very simple, very classic “journal” style to me. Jentri’s nice, as well.

You can also set up any of the blogs to display only one post at a time, if you prefer. Go to Settings > Reading and set the number in “Blog pages show at most” to 1.
