Help with transfer of domain

  Hello! I hired someone to help me with my website but he left me without a completed site. I own my domain name and (I think) have it registered through WordPress. I am trying to transfer the domain to cloudflare since I started to rebuild my site through kajabi. However, there is a note that says ClientTransferProhibited. Can you please help me?

  Hi Krista,

  you will need to follow these steps to transfer your domain out:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  To be able to do that, however, you’ll need to log out from this account and log in as kristaleh137, which is the account that owns the domain.
