Help with transfering my old blog followers to new one

  Hello

  How can I transfer my blog followers from my old blog http://www.mumofthreeboys.wordpress.com to my new one which is http://mumofthreeboys.com?
  I have installed jetpack plugin but still have no idea and now I have no followers and it has taken me a year to get them so really don’t want to lose them :-(

  Please can someone help
