Help with transferring primary and secondary administrator roles

    I need to transfer the primary administrator role on speakingwithsoul.wordpress.com from me (Carol Hohle) to Lisa Dales Jones the second administrator on the website. She needs to use her credit cards to renew the site upgrades. Can you please assist us with this transfer?

    I have transferred the upgrades associated with speakingwithsoul.wordpress.com to the other administrator on the account, speakingwithsoul. speakingwithsoul will now be able to manually renew the upgrades (and set up automatic renewal if they choose to) through the blog’s Dashboard, under Store > My Upgrades.
