  Hello my website http://www.bestinthewesttriathlon.com recently went down and is experiencing a 500 Internal Service Error. Could you help me trouble shoot this please?

  All set now. One of the file permissions got reset. Not sure why, but the host has updated permissions and it’s good to go.
