help with twitter cards

  i have a blog and want to add video and images into twitter cards but need meta tags changed.. what is the procedure to do this? i have scoured the internet and there is no help with this.. most research shows plugins which users of wp.com do not have access to.. thanks

  From what I understand using Twitter Cards requires the following
  1. Make sure you set-up to “push” wordpress content to twitter via the Publicize feature
  2. Go to your twitter account and set-up your twitter card
  3. Validate your cardhttps://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/validation/validator
