Help with understanding and directing traffic

Hi guys! My name is Louie, and my blog is http://deusexsuplexa.wordpress.com . The question I have is that when I look at the stats for my page, it seem I always have a butt load of hits for the first post I put on, and then very very few for the post after that. I also have page breaks set up on my main page for every blog post. So I guess I am just trying to understand why that first one is getting all the hits. What gets counted when people land on the main page with all the summaries? Is it simply a matter of with all the pics I have on the first page, that people are doing image searches and jumping straight to that page? If so, how can i get veiwership on the other pages up? I am open to allll sugestions. Thanks guys.

P.S. What the heck are ‘tags’ and how do I use them?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also, I have a twitter that I post notifications about the blog on (shameless plug: http://twitter.com/ElSuplexo). So far, I have been posting links to the main page. Would it be better to direct them instead to the full blog page? Thanks again!

Try doing a forum or FAQ search; there are an awful lot of answers out there already:
