Help with Untitled theme?

  Could anyone please guide me through making the Untitled theme my blog theme? I would like it to look just like the demo (http://untitleddemo.wordpress.com/). I don’t know anything about WordPress and I can’t seem to make this theme work properly for me. I was uploading random posts to see if the front page slider would work, but images within posts don’t appear at the top, even though on my dashboard it says that I have already published four posts. The pictures I uploaded are the size suggested and I followed the instructions on here: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/untitled/, tag included. If I tag my posts and publish them successfully, WordPress still asks me if I’m ready to publish my first post whenever I open my blog. If I don’t tag them, they get published and I can normally see them, but the layout doesn’t look like the demo at all. There is something simple that’s genuinely escaping me.

  First go to Settings -> Reading and make sure your blog is set so that “Front page displays” -> “Your latest posts”.

  Thanks for responding. Yes, it was set on that but it doesn’t seem to work.

  You’re welcome.
  Then follow the instructions more carefully: the slider requires featured images, but you haven’t set a featured image to any of your posts.

  Thank you so much, I had clearly not understood that featured images were different to normal images in posts. All clear now.
