Help with updating billing information

  Our upgrade is expiring in 18 days, but I can’t figure out how to update our billing information? Where can I input that information?

  Is this the blog you refer to? http://blog.financialengines.com/

  If so then where are the footer credit links?

  May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?

  I will work with our design team on that.

  I am adding new billing information, previous billing information was added by a different user on the blog. Do you know how I would proceed?

  Only the owner of the upgrade can renew it or change billing info.

  Alternatively, that user can leave a request here for us to transfer ownership of the upgrade to you.
