Help with updating my credit card information

  I am trying to update my credit card information for bravolifecoaching.com and it said
  Bravo Life Coaching for People with ADHD is linked to another WordPress.com account. If you’re trying to access it, please follow our Account Recovery procedure. I don’t understand this.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Unknown

  The account you are contacting us from, ksussell, is not the owner of bravolifecoaching.com, the site you are trying to access. If you have another WordPress.com account that you own, I would log into that account to see if you have access to the site.
