Help with updating PHP from 7.2 to at leat 7.4

    Hi – I am currently upgrading a website for a client that is very outdated.
    I’m creating a new version on a staging site via blogvault and updating it there.

    I need to update the PHP to at least 7.4 to use the theme I want.

    I have run into an issue as the client does not know the logins to the hosting site cpanel.

    Is there any other way to update PHP other than going through the hosting companay?
    The original agency who created the website for them is hard to communicate with.
