Help with upgrade

    This is the second time I’ve posted this today:

    I started an account with an incorrect email address by mistake yesterday. I purchased an upgrade with the same account. I need to transfer the upgrade to this account. I have requested refund or transfer, but I’m afraid that any contact will go to WRONG email address.
