Help with uploading localhost site to web domain

Hello!
I’m new in WordPress and I have two big problems:
1. I made a website to localhost and I tried to put it on web. I have an domain to serversfree.com. After uploading, when I open the site appears Index of/ page instead of Home page. How to modify this to show me home page?
2. In localhost my adress site is localhost/wordpress/wordpress and stupid I tried to delete one wordpress folder, to make the adress localhost/wordpress and now I can’t acces my site, gives me an error 404.
I’m worried because i have to show my work to the client and I don’t have what to show anymore.
I’ve tried a lot of tutorials avaible on web but nothing worked.
I would appreciate if your answers will have step by step instructions, because I’m new in webdesign, html, css and coding.
