  I need to access my dashboard for my url as my website is being hosted elsewhere that’s been built by my web designer.

  It looks like your site is using name servers that aren’t associated with WPcom, where we are. Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
