Help with videos

    I am trying to add videos to my blog, and I paid for the ability to use videos in my blog. I followed the instructions and tried to insert videos from both my camera as well as from my iPhone. A short code appears but there’s an error message saying this is not a video and will not download it to insert it in the blog. It says there is an error. Can you help please ? Carol Bartley

    Hi Carol!

    Can you let me know a bit more about how you’re uploading the video to your blog? The content appears to be a mix of video and audio content. When there is a mixture, it causes an error preventing the video from being inserted into the blog.
