Help with web appearance

Hi! In my primary menu, I have a list of different categories which are Home, About, Academics, Social, Health and Contact. What I’d like to do is make it more like some websites. When I click academics, I’d like to come to a page in which my posts are listed on it and my readers may click the blog post heading rather than scrolling down chronologically to read an older post. How do I go about that. To get a clearer picture, check out hercampus.com – their website layout is what i’m aiming for. They have sections, and you click on ‘Life’ for example and your are brought to a page with many different article headings. Help!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey! Thanks for reaching out to us with your query.

The example site you mentioned http://www.hercampus.com/life is a Drupal site. Had it been a WordPress site then I could have checked the theme they are using and would have suggested you something.

I would suggest you to take a look at different themes here and go with the closest matching layout. There are many themes so I am sure you would like one :)
