  I ahve already bought a package of hosting and domain from Go daddy and wants to create webpages and upload pages by using wordpress. Please advise the procedure step by step?

  This is WordPress.com. If you’re setting up a site at GoDaddy (using the WordPress.org software) that is a totally different place to here. You’ll need to ask them what your next step is.
