Help with website

  I recently set up a blog. It the menu bar I added “exercise” and “food” but whatever I post it only goes to the “home” page. I tried a number of times and have taken them down when it hasn’t worked but how do I do this? I thought WordPress was a good website to use but it’s been excruciating.

  Lets start from beginning you want to have two menu item one exercise and second is food. When you create a post related to exercise you want it to come when you click on exercise and same with food. Is this you are trying to achieve

  If yes, then you need to just create category pages for this nothing else and you will be done. Then each time you create your post just assign category to that so that they are correctly displayed.
