Hello! I am working on this page for my boss (Dr. Samra) and a couple funky things are happening. 1) the Instagram feed is no longer working. Unfortunately, the website was made by a past employee so I’m not sure how they did it. 2) I’d like to make the picture at the top full width, but I’m not sure how! Thank you for any help that you are able to give me. Hopefully this makes sense!

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
