  I am trying to change the site title name. also i would like to know if on blog post will visitors be able to comment with pictures on the post

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can change the site title on the settings page here –
  https://wordpress.com/settings/general

  And pictures are not allowed in comments, however you can upload a image some place else and link it in the comment.
