Help with website fraud
-
I had a fallout with my webdesigner that refuses to provide the credentials for my website.
As the legal owner of the domain [redacted] could you please guide me on what to do? -
Hi spiritrealigned,
This doesn’t look like a support related issue. I will suggest you find a way to resolve the legalities of ownership and transfer of website amicably with your website designer.
Support provided on this platform is related to issues bothering the use of wordpress.com

Hi
Thank you for your response but its not that helpfull.
All I did ask is some guidance not a lawyer.
There is no communication with the designer at all , therefore I asked some ideas. -
Hello there, as @ceoadebayo mentioned, legal disagreements between you and your web designer isn’t really a topic within the scope of these technical support forums for sites hosted on WordPressdotcom.
Having said that, if you have access to the domain dashboard at crazydomains.com, who is your domain registrar, then you can point that domain’s DNS to any website hosting provider you choose, including the site you set up here on WordPressdotcom at [redacted]. Domain mapping is included in any of the paid upgrade plans.

https://wordpress.com/pricing/If you don’t have access to your domain dashboard, then you should contact crazydomains.com directly for this issue. We cannot help you here with this.
Best wishes in getting this resolved quickly.
