Whenever I try to go to the website. It saying ‘site can’t be reached’. Can someone help me fix my website?
The site I need help with is http://www.hightouchshop.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

I actually do have a website with WordPress. The site was working two days ago. And all of sudden it said “site can’t be reached. I made an account with WordPress a month ago.

I made my domain on Namehero. But to edit on my website and add products I use WordPress.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are diferent, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.
Note that I also noticed your domain has expired so you’d want to contact your domain registrar, NameHero.com, to renew the domain as soon as possible. Your site, no matter where it is registered, will not load if the domain expires. So you need to renew it as soon as possible.

As my colleague mentioned, the site at http://www.hightouchshop.com may be be a WordPress site (we cannot get it to load to know for sure), but is not hosted here at WordPress.com.
In fact, it currently does not appear to be hosted anywhere. I looked up the DNS records for your domain to see where it was pointing, and I noticed it doesn’t appear to be pointing anywhere, to any host: https://whois.domaintools.com/hightouchshop.com
Notice there under “Server” near the bottom it is blank.
If you own this website, I recommend contacting your domain registrar and website host as soon as possible to determine what’s going on and how it can be fixed.
