Help with Widgets

  Hi,

  I am trying to add links to my sidebar. I created the link categories and links, assigned links to the categories. I went to Appearance/Widgets and dragged the “links” widget over to the sidebar. When I do this it says “There are no options for this widget”. What am I doing wrong? I watched the videos but did not find an answer.
