Help with WordPress Menus

    So, yesterday, I was working on the issue of the site image not showing up, so I was in wp-admin and checking Appearance. Then, I realized I needed to clear my data and cookies.

    Unfortunately, all menus on the site have turned into fully expanded bulleted lists- I think “Exploded” is the best term for this.

    This used to be contained to my computer- but because we backed up the system in order to prepare for installing an SSL plugin to go to HTTPS, this is what appears for everyone. I don’t know how it got like this, I just know I’m completely out of my league. Please help.
