Help with wordpress.com SEO options

  I’m not happy with my google search results for my webpage. I thought WordPress.com had built-in SEO options that would allow my website to be found by searching it’s name or my name. It isn’t appearing until page 4 or so of google search results. All of the ways I’ve read to improve this are through editing the page descriptions and meta, which doesn’t seem possible on wordpress.com. Does this improve with time or should I find another host?

  Hi there,

  Please note that Google needs some time to update their index – it can take somewhere from 6-8 weeks. WordPress.com has no control on how your site appears in the Google index and in which position.

  Also I did a search of your site name and found that it was in the first position as seen here:
