Help with WP change of password

    Hi, I can only access my site via Bluehost and not directly by the /wp-admin address. I also try to change my password and I am not sure it worked because it locked me out. I am very confused about if it changed or not and how I can update my password for both users I currently have. And how to access my site without having to log into Bluehost first. Thank you!

    Hi there:

    It sounds like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    You should reach out to Bluehost for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue. You can reach their support here:
