Help with WP template …

  I bought a WP template on the exaggerated claims of the author and as I have no experience of WP, I’m finding it impossible to customise it to my requirements despite the claims that it was easy to do ! Even the support document is written with WP experience in mind I suspect. If there’s anyone who’d be interested intaking this on then I’m happy to pay. Thanks

  It does sound like your site jotados .eu is using the self-hosted version of WordPress as TimeTheif mentioned. It is connected to WordPress.com using the Jetpack plugin.

  Setting up your theme can be tricky if you’ve already contacted the theme authors and still need help you may consider changing themes.
