Help with writing chapter-based entries

  Hi. I am having MAJOR trouble trying to develop a book-like blog. I am trying to follow your FAQ “How to write a book” but it look like it is severely outdated. For example, #4 says: Go to Options>Reading
  Make “front” the front of the blog
  Make “chapters” have all the posts

  What the? There’s nothing there on the Options>Reading that applies here. And then it blithely states “make 1 link to “index”…well, how am I supposed to do that?

  This is really frustrating me. Does all this really have to be so difficult and cryptic to create a simple organized chapter-based set of entries? I mean, come on…really?
