help with www

  Hi, I need some help with my blog bramaproduccions.com. I´m a premium user and I changed the DNS of my hosting service in order to connect my domain with my wordpress blog. The ploblem is that when I type bramaproduccions.com in Safari, Firefox, etc.. the page appears correctly, but when I type http://www.bramaproduccions.com a message says that my page doesn´t exist. I want that anybody that types http://www.bramaproduccions.com on the web could go to my blog… how can I do it? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  Normally we automatically redirect http://www.bramaproduccions.com to bramaproduccions.com. Did you add a CNAME record of some sort via your registrar before? If you did, please remove that.

  Hi,
  No, I didn´t add any CNAME via my registar before. I know that you normally redirect http://www.bramaproduccions.com to bramaproduccions.com, the problem is that when you type http://www.bramaproduccions.com it doesn´t redirect you to anywhere, instead you are told that the website doesn´t exist.
  Can you solve the problem? Thanks!

  It looks like it’s working now! If you find that is not the case, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
