Help with www domain mapping that is not working

  The domain mapping for ricenorthwestmuseum.org was working fine, but now it is no longer working for http://www.ricenorthwestmuseum.org. It works for the site without the www.

  Our problematic domain registrar now says that we need to add an A Record for http://WWW.ricenorthwestmuseum.org but I cannot seem to do so through the Edit Domain panel.

  I’ve poured through the forum and support docs to no avail.

  Suggestions? Help?

  Hi there!

  Please refrain from creating duplicate posts. It only ends up slowing down our ability to respond since we have to then go through and close the duplicate threads.

  We move through tickets from oldest to newest (so adding new comments doesn’t help). We’ve had a bit of a backlog this week, but we’ll always get to you once your thread is tagged.
