Help! WordPress is showing I do not have an account, GSuite email up for renewal w/ canceled CC number. How to speak to a person?

  Help! Says my email address G Suite will be renewed, but with a credit card that was canceled for fraud. I clicked your link to renew my account and it said there was no account there, then created a new place for me to create a website. What the heck? How do I get resolution when this is in a circle? I don’t want to lose my business email. How to speak to a person?

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site that the email is connected to? Also, if you can provide the email, only staff will be able to see it in the forums – I can look up the account you are trying to regain access to.
