HELP! wordpress was connected to my woo commerce but now on Shopify and blog content gone

    Would love help – have two problems:
    1: somehow changed my @name and it won’t allow me to change it back (ACK!)
    2: my wordpress blog was connected to my woo commerce account – but when I moved to Shopify my blog didnt transfer over, and now I dont see it when I log into wordpress or woo – and am terrified my content is gone. how do I SEE the content and get access to it so that I can transfer it??
