  Help! WordPress will not get in touch with me to help me login. Do I fight my credit card payment?? That will get their attention, right?

  I cannot log in, nor can I reset anything. How can I get in touch with WordPress???????

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you give us a few more details? You are posting in our forums, so you are able to log into your account. What is the URL of the site you cannot access?

  Does it usually take this long to get back on an issue? I have been freaking out for a week and then submitted a BBB complaint because I need stuff to get done.

  I bought 2 sites: lifeskillsandmore and engelbrechtrealtyofpalmbeachgardens

  I logged in with lifeskillsandmore, which is the one that seems to have 2 log ins.

  engelbrechtrealty is the one that does not recognize my user name, nor my password. How can I get everything reset and squared away?

  So, the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is the owner of http://lifeskillsandmore.wordpress.com/. It is not the owner of any other WordPress.com sites. And in fact, I’m not seeing that engelbrechtrealtyofpalmbeachgardens.wordpress.com exists as a site.

  What is the exact URL for engelbrechtrealtyofpalmbeachgardens?
