  there is no renew button next to the $99 fee.
  All other options show auto renew option

  Hello there! I see that you were able to purchase a Premium upgrade on 5/13/2014 for equityfiles.wordpress.com. You can view your upgrades and expirations by clicking Store → My Upgrades in your Dashboard.
