HELP…HOW DO I GET TO THE DASHBOARD?>

  I have been running in circles trying to figure out how to log into the Administration area so I can get to the dashboard? I want to edit the Categories in my widget area but can’t seem to do so without being able to access the dash. Help please so frustrated I could punch a kitten!
