Helping a client access their abandoned site

  Our client would like to shut down this website, as it was just a temporary site that’s been replaced by http://www.fairmounttemple.org. It hasn’t been updated in since 2010 and contains outdated information. However, they no longer have the access info nor the recovery options (2FA, activiation key, etc.) provided by WordPress. Is there anything they can do to regain access?
