Helping a friend very new to wordpress/blogging

  Hi all,
  Ive set up a simple blog site for a friend (hosted on wordpress not on a server)
  I don’t have much time right now to teach her how to manage her blog and dashboard/writing posts/uploading images etc. However she would like to get on and learn how. Ive tried to explain over the phone (she lives far away so i cant go there) but its tricky!
  Does anyone know of any REALLY simple tutorials on how to take first steps with a wordpress blog?

  ps: she has basic pc skills but no experience with web stuff.

  In fact in the end i whipped up a few tutorial pages – very very basic.
