Helping with another website

  Hi, there, I am helping someone with their website. I cannot log in with their credentials. Rather, it just send an email to that email address for THEM to log into. How can I log in to help them?

  Hi –

  No body should every share credentials for any site or product or service. It’s not safe.

  I can’t help you sign in to somebody else’s account. You will need to be added as a user to the account under your own credentials.

  What is the address of the site that you are helping with?
